Superfood Bowls

Thick, cold, loaded — and completely dairy-free.

A Fuel Up superfood bowl starts with a thick, frozen blend — açaí and berries, tropical mango, or a protein-powder base — made with water and ice, never dairy. Then comes the good part: crunchy granola, toasted coconut, slivered almonds, fresh strawberries, blueberries or banana, and a honey drizzle.

Made fresh in Bolingbrook.

Four Fuel Up superfood bowls topped with fruit, granola and coconut

The Açaí Bowl is the original. Berry Mango splits the difference between tart and tropical. Chunky Monkey tastes like ice cream but eats like fuel, layered with banana, peanut butter, and chocolate plant protein. And the Oreo Bowl turns cookies-and-cream into something you can feel good about ordering.

Why bowls earn their spot

  • A breakfast worth sitting down for

Cold fruit, crunchy granola, and honey — the rare breakfast that's both a treat and a decent decision.

  • Lunch you can chew

When another sandwich sounds bleak, a Chunky Monkey bowl is rich and satisfying enough to be the whole meal.

  • The post-gym reward

Chunky Monkey and Oreo bowls are built on plant protein bases — dessert energy with substance.

  • Bowl vs. smoothie?

Same fruit-first spirit; a bowl is thicker, spoonable, and topped with texture. If you want to chew, bowl. If you want to sip, smoothie.

What's inside

  • Açaí

An earthy, berry-rich Amazonian fruit that makes a naturally tart, deep-purple base — the anchor of the original bowl.

  • Granola, coconut & almonds

The crunch layer on every bowl — texture is half the pleasure.

  • Fresh fruit & honey

Strawberries, blueberries, and banana, finished with a golden honey drizzle (peanut butter on the Chunky Monkey).

Nutrition, straight up
